If you book the Full Glow Coaching, you’ll receive a 3-day meal plan with a grocery list. If you just need quick help, the Mini Glow gives you targeted answers and tips.

Q: What if I need help with groceries, not recipes?

Perfect. That’s exactly what The Glow List™ is for — a custom grocery shopping plan built around your lifestyle, budget, and taste. You can book it separately or add it to your coaching.

Q: How will I receive my coaching response?

Your response will be delivered to the email you provide within 72 hours of submitting your intake form. You’ll receive it as a clean, easy-to-read message — sometimes with attached PDFs or Canva freebies if included in your package.
